Form + Color + Composition + Rhythm + Material
Emma Loosbergh (1994) resides and works at a small town at the Belgain coast. Her artistry has its foundation in sculpture, but has recently explored to painting, textile and graphic design as well. Her artistic language is best described as process-based, where the process and curiosity drives her forward and which significantly appears in her end results – where form, color, composition, rhythm and materials lead to new motives.
“It’s hard to define my work since it’s an ongoing process. Exploring all kinds of mediums to translate my imagery is what I prefer the most. I get inspired by my work process, this way I create new images. It’s a never ending process.”
